This third floor apartment occupies an exceptional, south-facing position with breathtaking views towards Riber Castle, overlooking the town of Matlock and the Derwent Valley, situated on the edge of the Peak District.
The plus 2 is if the sofa bed in the open plan living area is used. There is a communal area shared with the other apartments comprising of washing machine, dryer and extra freezer space.
